Good kids’ books
Everyone thinks they can write a book for kids, but good ones are tricky to find. These are some books we’ve enjoyed with our kids.

Lovely illustrations and cute little rhyming tales of minor afflictions and their resolution. 1½-2½ age range, a dozen words or so per page.

We love all Sandra Boynton’s books, but these are particular favourites. Cute illustrations, half a dozen words per page, simple rhymes with lots of opportunities to make animal noises. Ages ½ to 2 years. As you can see they’re well-loved, and apparently delicious.
