Made Sean Brock’s buttermilk biscuits.
Shrimp and Grits — as a Californian now living in the south, it’s been really exciting to cook, eat, and learn more about Southern cuisine.
I’m usually skeptical of weird food combos (grapples, turducken, etc) but croissant toast is a combo I can get behind.
