Keep playing guitar, and growing at it. I’ve played more this year than any other year of my life, and the progress is really exciting for me.

Improve at chess. I’m a somewhat strong beginner. My dad loves it. I bought this travel set from Ukraine, a Soviet set, and have it with me in Costa Rica

Wear real clothes. 2020 was a sweatsuit fest and I’m over it !

Read more than I did in 2020. Books bring me imagination and perspective.

Shower Peyton and Iggy with the love that I have for them

Keep growing as a surfer, and traveling to surf if safe. Dream: surfing in southern China and in South Korea (Busan, Jeju)

Play basketball again in New York City - if safe. I’ve missed this so much

Treat the closest partners in my life with the patience, creativity, enthusiasm, and understanding that will fuel them

Become less racist and excavate the blind spots in my understanding of the world as a white person
