Annelies, my favorite place for a coffee and food in all Germany.

My very last breakfast I had there. It is already over a month ago....Doesn’t it look delicious? 👆🏻

Annelies From outside. Easy to find, it is just in front of the Görlitzer Park. Going by ‘U-Bahn’ trains till station ‘Görlitzer Bahnhof’ and then a 4 minutes walk.

My first ever visit to ‘Annelies’. My first ever time trying out ‘La Cabra’ coffee, something I could not imagine out of my life anymore. I had the grilled potatoes with a fried egg, wild garlic dressing and buckwheat. Tara had the fluffy pancakes (something she still orders every time we go there).

This was actually my second time, first time outside enjoying the terrace.

I had actually the chance of being part of a so called ‘coffee cupping’ organized by ‘La Cabra’ at Annelies. A day I will forever remember...

During the first lockdown, Annelies offered AMAZING food ‘to-go’.

Annelies has THE BEST breakfast sandwich. Homemade sausage, Irish cheddar, fried egg, homemade mayonnaise and working as a sweet bun their beautiful fluffy pancakes.

Sometimes i simply enjoy the amazing pastries baked by ‘Albatros’ and the coffee beans by ‘La Cabra’.

Sourdough, chicken liver mouse, preserved blueberries & hazelnuts.

Overnight oats. A classic already, I love it. They change a few ingredients to make it seasonal, and it still amazes me every time.
